Roxanne

After she spoke about going to see another movie Kaeden seemed to latch onto the idea. Her lips sealed in a chuckle but her chocolate brown eyes danced with laughter. Apparently he was as eager to get out of this place as she was. Another disgusting scene came up and she glanced away. Grimacing and grinding her teeth together again. With one hand she flipped some of her dark coffee colored hair over her left eye, blocking most of the gory shots. Ruefully she glanced at her empty popcorn bucket, that had to have been the only highlight of the movie and meeting Kaeden of course... At least he wasn't some wacko that really liked horror movies. After finally seeing a horror movie for herself, she wanted to go and talk to some of the people who really liked them. There was no way some one could really like horror movies. Unless they had some kind of twisted mind... Then again, every person liked different things. She knew a lot of people who couldn't believe she liked action movies, but she did and nothing they said would change that. Of course, she liked to have comedy mixed in with the action, a little bit of comedy always improved a movie. Horror and drama were the two genre's she really didn't like, drama because it usually was never funny and always so serious. If you haven't guessed by now, Roxy doesn't enjoy things very serious, of course, she can be serious if the need arises. She just likes to joke around and have fun.

Her gaze was now back at the screen, though she really wasn't watching. You see, when she was a teenager she had learned, without meaning to, that she could blur her vision without crossing her eyes or people being able to see she was doing something. That was exactly what she was doing at that moment. She had no desire to even see anything, the gruesome sounds were enough to make her sick to her stomach. When Kaeden whispered a way out, she grinned, turning to face him. "You bet" After speaking her stomach did a little flip, like when you get nervous. Which kind of puzzled her since there was no reason to be nervous. Three little words played over in her mind, "He's so cute!", of which she tried to shove away. Hurriedly she stood, grabbed her jacket, which she had thrown on the floor, and then stood, also snagging the empty popcorn bucket. She was so going to get a soda this time, and more popcorn. Quickly she stepped past Kaeden and then made her way to the door, pausing only to glance back and shudder when she saw the movie screen. "Where to?" She asked him with a mischievous smile.
